摘 要:采用热浸镀铝、退火及高温氧化法在TWIP钢表面制备Al_(2)O_(3)膜,研究工艺参数和低氧压条件对镀层和氧化组织形成的影响。利用扫描电镜观察镀层和氧化膜的形貌,借助能谱仪和XPS确定物相。结果表明:热浸镀温度越高,Fe_(2)Al_(5)扩散层越厚;浸镀后的样品于900℃真空退火5 h后,原始镀层中的Fe_(2)Al_(5)相转变为韧性较好的FeAl相;随着氧化的进行,发现表层均形成氧化膜,且低氧压下形成的氧化膜更平整致密;经XPS测试分析发现该氧化膜为Al_(2)O_(3)膜。Al_(2)O_(3)film was prepared on TWIP steel by hot-dip aluminizing,annealing and high temperature oxidation.The effects of process parameters and low oxygen pressure on the formation of coating and oxidation structure were studied.The morphologies of the coating and oxide film were observed by scanning electron microscope,and the phase was determined by energy dispersive spectrometer and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results show that the higher the temperature,the thicker the FeAl_(3)diffusion layer.When the coated samples are annealled in vacuum at 900℃for 5 h,the FeAl_(3)phase in the initial coating is transformed into FeAl phase with better toughness.With further oxidation,the oxide film appears on the surface of the sample,and the oxide film formed under low oxygen pressure is smoother and denser.XPS analysis shows that the oxide film is Al_(2)O_(3)film.
