摘 要:采用粉末冶金高温合金FGH4096为研究对象,在等温变形的基础上,利用Deform软件的微观组织模块,结合Avrami模型和自动元胞机(CA)法,对FGH4096高温合金的热处理过程进行模拟,研究热处理过程中形变组织的演变规律,以及热处理参数(热处理温度、热处理时间)对形变组织的影响规律。结果表明,对变形后的试样进行热处理,再结晶晶粒和形变原始晶粒共存的微观组织中的再结晶晶粒逐渐长大,并最终取代原始形变晶粒。提高热处理温度使晶粒长大速度大大提高。延长保温时间,在较低温度时晶粒尺寸变化不大;在较高温度时,晶粒迅速长大。Using powder metallurgy superalloy FGH4096 as research object,on the basis of isothermal deformation,using the microstructure module of Deform software,combined with the Avrami model and cellular machine(CA)method,the heat treatment process of FGH4096 superalloy was simulated.The evolution of deformation microstructure during heat treatment and the influence of heat treatment parameters(heat treatment temperature,heat treatment time)on deformation microstructure were studied.The results show that the recrystallized grains in the microstructure where the deformed samples are heat treated and the recrystallized grains coexist with the deformed original grains grow gradually,and eventually replace the original deformed grains.Increasing heat treatment temperature greatly increases grain growth rate.When the holding time is prolonged,the grain size changes little at lower temperature,and the grain grows rapidly at higher temperature.
