摘  要:以羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(CC)作阳离子单体,二乙烯三胺(DETA)和己二酸(AA)为原料,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(CMA)为交联剂,通过水溶液共聚法制备了壳聚糖季铵盐交联酰胺共聚物(CC-GPPC)。通过IR、SEM、TG、GPC对其结构性能进行表征;探讨了CC、GMA及DETA用量对CC-GPPC性能及其浆内添加后纸张物性的影响。结果表明:在CC添加量为1.0g,n(AA):n(DETA):n(CMA)=1:1.1:0.9时,可制得性能较为优越的CC-GPPC,此时聚合物溶液相对分子质量为74520平均粒径795nm,分散指数0.581,常温下可稳定存60d以上;当CC-GPPC的浆内添加量为绝干纤维质量的0.6%时,纸张干抗张指数为52.99N·m/g,湿抗张指数为16.82N·m/g,与原纸相比,纸张干、湿抗张指数分别提高了29.75%、80.67%,纸张增湿强效果明显提高,与商用纸张增湿强剂聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)树脂相比,达到了无氯且性能优越,纸张湿抗张指数增加了10.6%,是一种绿色环保型纸张增湿强剂。A chitosan quaternary ammonium salt crosslinked amide copolymer(CC-GPPC)was prepared by aqueous copolymerization using adipic acid(AA)and diethylenetriamine(DETA)as raw materials,glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)as crosslinking monomer and hydroxypropyl trimethylammonium chloride chitosan(CC)as cationic monomer.The structure and stability of CC-GPPC were characterized by IR,SEM,TG and GPC.The effects of CC and GMA and DETA monomer dosages on the performance of CC-CPPC and the physical properties of paper after in-pulp addition were discussed.The results showed that the chitosan quaternary cross-linked amide copolymer(CC-GPPC)with superior performance could be produced with the addition of 1.O g of CC and the molar ratio of AA:DETA:CMA of 1:1.1:0.9.At this time,the molecular weight of the polymer solution is 74520,the average particle size is 795 nm,and the dispersion index(PDI)is 0.581,it can be stably stored for more than 60 days at room temperature.when the amount of CCGPPC is 0.6%of the total dry pulp,the dry tensile index of paper is 52.99 N·m/g and the wet tensile index is 16.82 N·m/g,compared with the original paper,the dry and wet tensile indices of paper are increased by 29.75%and 80.67%respectively.paper wetstrength performance significantly improved,compared with commercial polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrine(PAE)wet strength resin,chlorine free and superior performance,paper wet resistance to tensile index increased 10.6%,CC-CPPC is a green paper wetstrength agent.
