摘　　要：文章主要探讨转述话语作为论证成分在法庭论辩话语中的结构、语义及功能。文章首先从论辩角度入手考察法庭转述话语的结构类型,共分为两大类六小类:1)字面转述,包括直接转述、间接转述和片断转述三个次类;2)自由转述,包括变换性转述、话题性转述和虚假性转述三个次类。不同结构类型具有“客观性-主观性”维度的差异,按照客观性由强到弱排序如下:直接转述>间接转述>变换性转述>话题性转述>片断转述>虚假性转述。法庭转述话语在结构、语义上的不同影响了其在论证结构中的位置,进而实现不同的论辩功能:提供支持、责任转移、质疑、驳斥和指示功能。文章最后探讨了法庭转述话语结构、语义和论辩功能之间的关系,提出三者具有相应的主观化倾向,并且认为这是表达意义沉淀在语言结构上、同时也体现在主体间性上的结果。This paper mainly explores the correlation between the structure, semantics and functions of the reported speeches as an argumentative component in courtroom argumentative discourses. It first examines the structural types of courtroom reported speeches from the perspective of argumentation, which are divided into two categories and six sub-categories: 1) literal reported speech, including direct reported speech, indirect reported speech and segment reported speech;2) liberal reported speech, including transformative reported speech, topical reported speech and fictive reported speech. It also finds that different structure types of courtroom reported speeches vary in degrees of objectivity or subjectivity, and the order in terms of the objectivity is as follows: direct reported speech>indirect reported speech>transformative reported speech>topical reported speech>segment reported speech>fictive reported speech. The structural and semantic differences in courtroom reported speeches affect their positions in the argumentative structure and thus fulfill different argumentative functions: providing support, shifting responsibility, challenging, refuting, and indicating functions. The paper concludes by exploring the interrelationship between the structural, semantic, and argumentative functions of courtroom reported speech.
