摘  要:分析了强油风冷变压器冷却器控制电路原理,针对一起变压器冷却器全停故障,分析并明确了故障原因为电源切换回路、信号监视回路存在缺陷,提出完善电源监视、增加单组冷却器运行信号、增加第二类冷却器全停信号等优化措施。实践表明,优化后冷却器控制电路的运行可靠性得到提高。The principle of cooler control circuit of forced oil-circulated air-cooled transformer is analyzed.In allusion to a full shutdown fault of transformer coolers,the causes are analyzed and determined,which are the defects in the power supply switching circuit and signal monitoring circuit.The optimization measures including improving power supply monitoring,increasing the operation signals of the single group of coolers and increasing the second type of full shutdown signal of coolers are put forward.The practice indicates that the operation reliability of the optimized cooler control circuit is improved.
