摘　　要：蒙医药学是具有区域特色、民族特色,在蒙古民族游牧经济和游牧文化基础上产生和发展起来的传统医药学,是祖国医学的重要组成部分。随着社会和科技发展,蒙医药学发展面临一系列新的问题和挑战。其中蒙药有效物质基础不明确、特色蒙药资源匮乏、剂型改革停滞不前、质量标准低与缺失都成为制约蒙医药学发展的主要因素之一。蒙药质量标准化对于保证蒙药产品安全稳定和质量控制等都具有重要意义。现行蒙药质量标准里包括蒙药材标准、蒙药制剂规范化标准及蒙药炮制规范化标准。主要针对蒙药质量标准化研究,概述蒙医药发展基本概况,并详细介绍蒙药的三大本草与现行蒙药质量标准,再结合文献,阐述蒙药质量标准化研究的现状且深入剖析其存在的问题。最后由作者提出对蒙药质量标准化研究发展的几点建议。Mongolian medicine is a form of traditional medicine with distinct regional and ethnic characteristics that grew out of the Mongolian pastoral economy and its nomadic culture.It is an important branch of Chinese medicine.With modern advances in society,science and technology,the development of Mongolian medicine has been confronted with a series of new problems and challenges.The major factors restricting the development of Mongolian medicine include an unclear pharmacodyamic material basis,a lack of characteristic Mongolian medical resources,stalled reforms in terms of dosage,and a lack of quality standards.The standardization of Mongolian medicine quality is of great significance to ensure the safety,stability and quality control of Mongolian pharmaceutical products.The existing Mongolian medicine quality standards are as follows:Mongolian medicinal material standards,Mongolian pharmaceutical preparation standards,and Mongolian medicinal material processing standards.In response to ongoing research on the standardization of Mongolian medicine quality,this paper first summarizes the basic development status of Mongolian medicine,and then details the three definitive works on Mongolian medicine and Mongolian medicine quality standards.In addition,this paper expounds on the actualities of research on the standardization of Mongolian medicine quality and analyzes the existing problems in depth based on existing literature.Finally,a few suggestions are put forward on the development of future research into the standardization of Mongolian medicine quality.
