摘　　要：壮族是我国少数民族中人数较多的民族,主要集中于广西。在壮民日常生活、生产的积累中,壮族逐渐形成了独具特色的养生保健方法。壮医学以天人合一为最高追求目标,壮医强调“天地人三气同,内外合一”理念。从壮民的养生保健方法中探索广西壮民的体质,为进一步研究壮医体质学说提供基础。Zhuang is the number of more people in the minority,and mainly concentrated,Guangxi With strong precipitation and medical experience in people\s daily life,the accumulation of Zhuang people gradually formed its own unique health care law Zhuang medicine in harmony as the highest pursuit of the goal,Zhuang medicine emphasizes.Accommodate to three with gas,inside and outside the idea,which explores the constitution of Guangxi Zhuang people from their health preservation methods,which provides a basis for further study of the constitutional theory of Zhuang medicine.
