基于2020年版《中国药典》的含补骨脂成方制剂分析

摘　　要：目的:分析补骨脂在中药复方制剂中的药学问题,为其二次开发及上市后再评价研究提供参考依据。方法:以2020年版《中国药典》为依据,对补骨脂成方制剂的剂型、提取工艺、炮制品种、剂量等情况进行统计分析。结果:研究显示2020年版《中国药典》收载的42个含补骨脂的成方制剂主要为固体制剂,如丸剂、片剂、胶囊剂;21个品种中补骨脂以粉末入药;个别品种存在炮制品名称不规范;不同制剂剂量的多少存在很大差异,其中17个品种中补骨脂的用量少于1g。结论:合适的剂型,合理的提取方法,适当的剂量是保证临床合理安全用药的基础,同时应该加强骨碎补在复方制剂中的综合开发研究。Objective:To analyze the pharmacological problems of Psoraleae Fructus containing formulations,and to provide useful recommendations for secondary development and post-marketing evaluation studies.Methods:Based on the 2020edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,statistical analysis was carried out on the dosage form,extraction process,processed species,dosage,etc.Results:The results showed that the 42psoralen-containing formulations in the 2020edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia were mainly solid preparations,such as pills,tablets,and capsules;The powder of Psoraleae Fructus was used in 21varieties;the names of some processed products are not standardized;the dosage of different preparations varies greatly.Among them,the dosage of Psoraleae Fructus is less than 1g in 17varieties.Conclusion:Appropriate dosage form,reasonable extraction method and appropriate dosage are the basis for ensuring rational and safe clinical use of drugs.At the same time,It is necessary to strengthen the comprehensive development of Psoraleae Fructus in Chinese herba preparations from the standpoint of TCM theory.
