摘　　要：目的:研究使君子种质资源的多样性水平。方法:基于相关性分析、聚类分析等方法,对我国3个主要产地使君子的果长、果径、果实重量及种子的长、宽以及重量进行统计分析。结果:居群内和相同产地的居群间使君子果实、种子之间性状差异不显著,不同产地的居群间使君子果实、种子之间性状差异显著;据相关分析表明,使君子性状在不同居群间差异极显著,与生态环境密切相关,居群间的形态分化与地理位置有明显关联。结论:使君子性状与居群间、生态环境、地理位置之间存在不同程度的差异性。Objective:In order to study the diversity level of Quisqualis indica L.Methods:Resources,the fruit length,fruit diameter,fruit weight,seed length,width and weight of Quisqualis indica L.from three main producing areas in China were statistically analyzed by using correlation analysis and cluster analysis.Results:There was no significant difference in characters between fruits and seeds of Quisqualis indica L.in the same population and among populations from the same origin,but there was significant difference in characters between fruits and seeds of Quisqualis indica L.from different habitats.Correlation analysis showed that the characteristics of Quisqualis indica L.were closely related to the ecological environment.Cluster analysis shows that the morphological differentiation among populations is obviously related to geographical location.Conclusion:There are varying degrees of differences in the character of Quisqualis indica L.between intergroup,ecological environment and geographical location.
