摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定金乌骨通胶囊中淫羊藿苷、补骨脂素和异补骨脂素3种成分的HPLC方法。方法:采用安捷伦Eclipse Plus C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(25∶75);柱温20℃;流速为1.0mL/min;补骨脂素和异补骨脂素检测波长为246nm,淫羊藿苷检测波长为270nm。结果:淫羊藿苷、补骨脂素和异补骨脂素分别在各自范围内线性关系良好;平均加样回收率分别为97.0%(RSD=2.73%)、98.6%(RSD=0.93%)和101.3%(RSD=1.16%)。15批次样品中淫羊藿苷、补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量分别为0.509~1.323mg/g、0.432~0.876mg/g、0.498~0.913mg/g。结论:建立的HPLC方法分离效果好,方法耐用,可应用于金乌骨通胶囊的质量控制。Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of three constituents in Jinwu Gutong Capsule.Methods:The analysis was performed on a thermostatic Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18) Column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)at 20℃,with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-water(25∶75)flowing at a rate of 1.0mL/min.The detection wavelength of psoralen and isopsoralen was 246nm while icariin was 270nm.Results::Icariin,psoralen and isopsoralen showed good linear relationships within their own ranges,whose average recoveries were 97.0%(RSD=2.73%),98.6%(RSD=0.93%)and 101.3%(RSD=1.16%).In fifteen batches of samples,the content ranges of icariin,psoralen and isopsoralen were 0.509~1.323mg/g,0.432~0.876mg/g and 0.498~0.913mg/g,respectively.Conclusion:This method has good resolution and durability,which can be used for the quality control of Jinwu Gutong Capsule.
