摘　　要：刘蔚楚,广东香山(今中山)人,著有《遇安斋证治丛录》,在1920年代初期,刘蔚楚与河北张锡纯、江西陆晋笙、江苏杨如侯同负盛名,被称为当时全国“四大名医”。张锡纯在其代表作《医学衷中参西录》中曾多次提到刘蔚楚及其著作《遇安斋证治丛录》。通过摘录民国香山名医刘蔚楚治疗危急重症的代表病案,分析刘蔚楚先生运用中医药治疗危重症的治疗思路及方法。Liu Weichu,a native of present-day Zhongshan,Guangdong Province,is the author of A Record of the Treatment of Yu An Zhai Syndrome.At the beginning of the 1920speriod,Zhang Xichun of Hebei Province,Lu Jinsheng of Jiangxi province,Yang Ruhou of Jiangsu province and Liu Weichu of Guangdong Province were all well-known,and were called the“Four famous doctors”in China at that time.Zhang Xichun mentioned Liu Weichu and his book the collection of treatment of Yu an Zhai Syndrome many times in his representative work Records of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Combination.This article summarizes the representative medical records of Liu Weichu,a famous doctor in Fragrance Hill in the Republic of China,in order to analyze the thinking and methods of Liu Weichu\s application of traditional Chinese medicine in treating critical illness.
