基于中医传承辅助平台的现代岭南医家治疗原发性肝癌组方规律分析

摘　　要：目的:探究现代岭南医家治疗原发性肝癌(PHC)的中药组方规律及用药经验。方法:以中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库中的现代文献为数据来源,使用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)进行分析,探究现代岭南医家运用中药治疗肝癌的组方规律。结果:从CNKI、万方数据库中搜索、整理出292首治疗肝癌的方剂,共使用278种中药,20对中药常用组合,挖掘出20个核心组合,演化出10个新处方。通过分析,发现现代岭南医家治疗肝癌多以疏肝健脾、利水渗湿、祛瘀解毒为治疗大法,采用道地药材,因地制宜,具有岭南中医特色。结论:用数据挖掘方法客观地呈现出现代岭南医家运用中医药治疗肝癌的用药规律,为岭南地区肝癌的新药研发提供思路。Objective:To investigate the rules and experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)formulations in the treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC)by modern Lingnan physicians.Methods:Taking the modern literature in the CNKI and the Wanfang Data as the data source,using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)(V2.5)to explore the formula law of modern Lingnan physicians using TCM for the treatment of PHC.Results:292prescriptions for the treatment of PHC were collected from CNKI and Wanfang Data,using a total of 278kinds of TCM and 20pairs of commonly used combinations of TCM,excavated 20core combinations and 10new prescriptions.Through analysis,it was found that modern Lingnan doctors treat PHC mostly with thin the liver and strengthen the spleen,clearing damp and promoting diuresis,detoxify and detoxify stasis,using authentic medicinal herbs and adapting to local conditions.Conclusion:The data mining method objectively presents the drug use of TCM by modern Lingnan doctors to treat PHC,and provides new ideas for the research and development of new drugs for PHC in Lingnan.
