基于数据挖掘的含藏药材蒺藜方剂配伍规律研究

摘　　要：目的:研究藏药材蒺藜的用药规律及含蒺藜方剂的配伍规律,为临床用药和含该药材新处方的发现提供参考。方法:应用Cran R软件的Aprioris算法及Microsoft Excel 2019统计软件,挖掘、分析含藏药材蒺藜方剂中的高频药材及高频主治疾病、高频药材的性味功效,各味药材的关联规则、配伍规律等。结果:共收集含蒺藜方剂91首,涉及267味药材,通过频次统计分析发现,藏药蒺藜多与补肾温肾、利尿类药物联合使用,主治疾病为肾病、尿闭症、风湿疾病、妇科疾病和黄水病等藏医病种。对高频药材的性味功效分析发现,药性以温性为首,其次是平性。六味中甘味占29%,苦味占23%,辛味占20%,涩味占14%,酸味占8%,咸味占6%。功效中补肾占16%,其次是利尿和健胃,各占15%。药物关联规则分析得出频数靠前的药物组合为蒺藜-冬葵果、蒺藜-白豆蔻、蒺藜-螃蟹。结论:含蒺藜的方剂多数具有治疗肾病、尿闭症、风湿疾病的功效,与《四部医典》记载的“蒺藜治疗尿涩症,并治风湿和肾病”高度吻合。由于蒺藜性温,治疗寒性疾病,因此含藏药材蒺藜方剂的高频药物药性以温性为首。药味的组成也以甘味药为主,甘味尚能增长元气和体力,有养身之效。功效组成以补肾、利尿和健胃为主,蒺藜常和补肾、利尿类药物连用,体现了藏药方剂学的“主辅配伍”规律。Objective:ln order toprovide referencefor clinical drug use and discovery of newprescription containing Tribulusterrestris,the drugadministration and compatibility of Tribulusterrestris prescription were studied.Methods:The Aprioris algorithm of Cran R software and statistical software such as Microsoft Excel 2019were used to mine and analyze the high frequency medicinal materials in the prescription containing Tribulusterrestris,the high frequency treating diseases,the sexual taste effect of high frequency medicinal materials,and the relationship of each medicinal material compatibility law.Results:A total of 91prescriptions containing Tribulusterrestris were collected,involving 267 medicinal materials.Through frequency statistical analysis,it was found that Tribulusterrestris was mostly used in combination with tonifying and warming kidney and diuretic drugs,and the main diseases were nephropathy,uremia,rheumatism,gynecological diseases and yellow water diseases.The analysis of taste and efficacy of high frequency medicinal materials showed that the warm property was the first and the flat property was the second.Amongthe six flavors,29%are sweet,23% arebitter,20% are spicy,14%are astringent,8%are sour,and 6%are salty.Kidney tonifying 16%,followed by diuretic and stomach tonifying 15%each.Drug association rule analysis showed that the drug combinations with the highest frequency were Tribulusterrestris winter-Solanum fruit,Tribulusterrestris-White cardamom,and Tribulusterrestris crab,which reflected the rule of“principal and auxiliary compatibility”of Tibetan pharmaceutical formulae.Conclusion:Most of the prescriptions containing Tribulusterrestris have the effect of treating various diseases of nephropathy,uria and rheumatism,which is highly consistent with “tribulusterrestris treats urinary and treats rheumatism and nephropathy”recorded in Four Medical Classics.Because of the warm nature of Tribulusterrestris,the treatment of cold diseases,so the nature of high-frequencdrugs to warm nature first.The c
