经筋理论与肌筋膜学说探析

摘　　要：经筋理论作为中医学经络学的分支之一,与现代医学热门的肌筋膜学说多有相类似之处。通过经筋与肌筋膜在循行分布、生理功能、病理形态及临床应用等方面的对比,以探讨两者相关性,深入挖掘经筋实质,对于临床针灸诊疗思路的指导及疗效的提高都有积极意义。同时有利于丰富传统医学内涵,促进传统与现代医学理论精华融合,推动中医学新时代发展。As one of the branches of meridian science in traditional medicine in China,meridian theory has not yet been systematically sorted out and studied.It has many similarities with the myofascial theory that has been popular in the West since modern times.Through the comparison of meridian tendons and myofascia in terms of circular distribution,physiological function,pathological morphology and clinical application,etc.,to explore the correlation between the two,and to dig deep into the essence of meridian tendons,it has positive significance for the guidance of clinical acupuncture diagnosis and treatment ideas and the improvement of efficacy.At the same time,it is conducive to enriching the connotation of traditional medicine,promoting the organic combination of traditional medicine and modern medicine,and promoting the development of the new era of medicine in the motherland.
