摘　　要：急性胰腺炎发病多以饮食不节、虫石内积造成胆道不畅,或因外邪侵扰、情志不舒,湿、热、瘀互结,内阻于胰,治疗上应辨证求因、分型论治。临床上常用中药汤剂、中药外敷、中药灌肠、穴位刺激等治疗方法,诸法联合应用更佳,在缓解患者腹痛、腹胀等临床症状及改善血清学指标及炎症因子水平方面疗效显著,且操作简单,安全性高,但现有的研究尚缺乏更深层次的理论研究,需进一步深入探讨。The incidence of acute pancreatitis is mainly caused by poor diet and worm stone accumulation in the biliary tract,or due to the invasion of external evil,emotional discomfort,humidity,heat,blood stasis mutual knot,internal obstruction in the pancreas,and treatment should be based on syndrome differentiation and classification.Clinical commonly used traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth,traditional Chinese medicine external treatment,traditional Chinese medicine enema,acupuncture point stimulation treatment of the disease,such as application of the method is better,in alleviating patient\s clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain,abdominal distension and improvement of serological indexes and inflammatory factor levels curative effect is distinct,and simple operation,high safety,but there is a lack of deeper research of the existing theoretical research,further design of large specimens and high-quality studies is needed.
