摘　　要：膝关节创伤性滑膜炎是临床上常见并且易发的骨关节疾病,以膝关节周围疼痛、肿胀、局部皮温增高、活动不利等为主要症状。在现有的西医治疗中,普遍存在疾病易复发、药物副作用大和不良反应多的问题,采用中医药治疗可以有效避免或减少在临床治疗中此类问题的产生。通过整理、分析和总结近些年以来运用中医药治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的文献研究,从中医对膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的认识,中药内服、中药外治、针灸、针刀、其他疗法以及中医综合治疗等方面论述了最新的临床应用,以期为广大的中医药临床工作者提供参考。Traumatic synovitis of the knee joint is a common and common bone and joint disease.Its main symptoms are pain,swelling,local skin temperature increase and adverse movement around the knee joint.In the existing western medicine treatment,there are widespread problems of disease recurrence,drug side effects and more adverse reactions,and the use of Traditional Chinese medicine treatment can effectively avoid or reduce the emergence of such problems in clinical treatment.Based on the collation,analysis and summary in recent years since the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint with TCM literature research,from the traditional Chinese medicine understanding of traumatic synovitis of knee joint,and Chinese medicine internal medicine,Chinese medicine external treatment,acupuncture,needle knife and other therapy and combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,etc,this paper discusses the latest clinical application and research progress,In order to provide reference for the vast number of Chinese medicine clinical workers.
