摘　　要：设计一种路面冷再生机发动机的功率自适应调节控制系统,解决机械驱动路面冷再生机和液压驱动路面冷再生机依靠操作者手动切换功率模式的问题,该系统包括整车控制器、发动机功率切换电路和发动机控制器。系统检测液压驱动和机械驱动路面冷再生机的工作液压系统的压力值信号并传递给整车控制器,整车控制器将压力信号与设定的空载模式、中载模式和重载模式的压力限值进行比较,输出相应模式的信号给发动机功率切换电路,发动机功率切换电路根据不同模式输出相应的电信号给发动机控制器完成功率模式的自动切换。A power adaptive control system for the engine of the road cold recycle machine is designed to solve the problem that the mechanically driven road cold recycle machine and the hydraulically driven road cold recycle machine rely on the operator to switch the power mode manually. The system consists of a vehicle controller, an engine power switching circuit and an engine controller. The system detects the pressure signals of the hydraulic systems of the hydraulically driven and mechanically driven road cold recycle machines and transmits them to the vehicle controller. The vehicle controller compares them with the set pressure limits set of the no-load mode, medium-load mode and heavyload mode and outputs the corresponding mode signals to the engine power switching circuit. The engine power switching circuit outputs the corresponding electrical signals to the engine controller according to different modes to complete the automatic switching of power mode.
