摘  要:针对传统起重机不适合在有限空间内进行大型设备吊装,以及老旧厂房不能选择使用永久性顶部结构起重机的现状,设计了一种液压顶升门式起重机。该机采用双主梁4支腿双小车的结构形式,4支腿内藏液压缸,利用支腿的多级伸缩功能,可自适应不同横断面的有限空间,有效解决了有限空间高低不同的问题;主梁多节段可自由拼装,解决了有限空间横断面宽度不同的问题;双主梁模式可实现粗重物件的精准对位和翻身吊装,拆分成单主梁模式后可用作两台额定起重量减半的起重机单独使用,也可两台配合使用吊装细长物件。该机成功应用于盾构主驱动在有限空间内的翻身吊装。In view of the fact that the traditional crane is not suitable for hoisting large equipment in limited spaces, and the status quo that the permanent top structure crane cannot be used in old plants, a hydraulic jacking gantry crane is designed. The crane adopts a structure of double girders, four outriggers and double crabs. The four outriggers have built-in hydraulic cylinders, and with the multi-stage telescopic function of the outriggers, the crane can adapt to the limited space of different cross sections, effectively solving the problem of different heights of the limited space. The multiple segments of the girder can be assembled freely, which solves the problem of different widths of the cross section of the limited space. The double-girder mode can achieve accurate alignment and turnover hoisting of heavy objects and can be used as two cranes with half the rated capacity after splitting into single-girder mode, or two cranes can be used together to hoist long and slender objects. The crane has been successfully used for turnover hoisting of the main drive of the shield in a limited space.
