摘 要:为了解抱压式锚杆静压桩机的工作性能,进行夹桩箱应力试验和钳口与预制桩之间的静摩擦因数试验,研究夹桩机构的钳口与不同桩型之间的静摩擦因数。试验结果表明:1)当夹桩机构的夹桩液压缸总压力为1 660 kN,压桩液压缸总压力为3 390 kN时,第一主应力达到155 MPa,小于钢材屈服强度;2)夹桩机构的最大第一主应力出现在夹桩液压缸附近的夹桩箱面板上;3)夹桩机构的钳口与混凝土方桩、混凝土管桩的平均静摩擦因数分别为0.66、0.60。In order to understand the working performance of the holding pressure anchor static pile driver, a stress test of the pile clamping box and a test of the static friction factors between the jaws and the precast piles are carried out to study the static friction factors between the jaws of the pile clamping mechanism and different pile types. The test results show that: 1) when the total pressure of the hydraulic cylinder of the pile clamping mechanism is 1 660 kN and the total pressure of the hydraulic cylinder of pile pressing is 3 390 kN, the first principal stress reaches 155 MPa, which is less than the yield strength of steel;2) the maximum first principal stress of the pile clamping mechanism occurs on the panel of the pile clamping box near the hydraulic cylinder of the pile clamping mechanism;3) the average static friction factors between the jaws of the pile clamping mechanism and the concrete square pile and concrete pipe pile are 0.66 and 0.60 respectively.
