摘 要:大吨位自卸车作为露天矿山的主要运输工具,工作环境恶劣,自卸车车架承受较大的冲击载荷,长期使用过程中容易出现车架开裂现象。针对某型110 t矿用自卸车在运输工况下的受载特性,利用电阻应变片测量法对自卸车车架进行动态应力应变测试。选取自卸车车架的关键受力部位,通过布置应力应变测试点,测试自卸车在不同工况下车架的动态应力应变情况,测试结果对自卸车车架结构的优化升级改造,提升车架可靠性及使用寿命具有一定参考价值。Large-tonnage dumpers, as the main means of transport in opencast mines,work in harsh environments, and the dumper f ra me is subjected to la rge impact loads, which will easily lead to frame cracking during long-term use. Based on the load characteristics of a 110-t mining dumper under transport conditions, the dynamic stress-strain test is carried out on the dumper frame using resistance strain gauge measurement method. The key stress parts of the dumper frame are selected, and the dynamic stress-strain of the dumper frame under different working conditions is tested by arranging stress-strain test points. The test results are of great significance for the optimization and upgrading of the dumper frame structure and for the improvement of the reliability and service life of the frame.
