摘 要:为应对城市内涝、高速公路隧道等场景的应急排水救援问题,亟待开展应急排水抢险设备研究,以满足抢险救援需求。从现有应急排水抢险装备自动化程度低,效率低,难以满足实际需求问题出发,提出某型应急抢险排水车设计方案;按照“需求分析→总功能定义→总功能分解→功能单元求解→方案(详细)设计”的流程对整车进行设计。运用功能分析理论对整车的总功能需求进行分解,针对排水作业性能、快速救援、控制性能、安全性及整车空间布局进行分析,找到最佳解决方案并进行详细设计,最终整车设计方案满足了设计目标,验证了基于功能分析法进行产品设计的程序与方法的有效性。In order to cope with the emergency drainage and rescue problems in urban waterlogging and highway tunnels, it is urgent to carry out research on emergency drainage and rescue equipment to meet the emergency rescue needs. Starting from the problem that the existing emergency drainage rescue equipment has a low degree of automation and low efficiency and is difficult to meet the practical demands, the design scheme of an emergency rescue drainage vehicle is proposed, and the vehicle is designed according to the process of “demand analysis overall function definition overall function decomposition functional unit solution scheme(detailed) design”. The functional analysis theory is applied to decompose the overall functional demands of the vehicle, and the analysis is carried out in terms of the drainage performance, rapid rescue, control performance, safety and vehicle space layout to find the best solution and carry out the detailed design. Finally, the vehicle design scheme meets the design objectives and verifies the effectiveness of the procedures and methods for product design based on the functional analysis.
