摘　　要：基于超大直径盾构在施工过程中一旦发生火灾,外界救援力量很难及时到达的现状,对盾构电气柜消防系统进行研究,设计出一套专门应用于超大直径盾构电控柜的七氟丙烷火探管式灭火系统,对灭火系统的组成及工作原理进行详细介绍。七氟丙烷火探管式灭火系统先后在多个项目得到成功应用,对盾构的电控柜进行了有效地保护。Based on the current situation that it is difficult for external rescue forces to reach the shield in time in case of a fire during the construction of the shield with a super large diameter, the fire protection system for the electric control cabinet of the shield is studied, a set of heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing system with a fire trace tube is designed for the electric control cabinet of the shield with a super large diameter, and the structure and working principle of the fire extinguishing system are introduced in detail. The heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing system with a fire trace tube has been successfully applied in several projects and has effectively protected the electric control cabinet of the shield.
