摘　　要：党的十九届六中全会通过了党的历史上第三个历史决议,决议强调了确立习近平同志党中央的核心、全党的核心地位,确立习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指导地位的决定性意义。正确理解“两个确立”的决定性意义,关键在于明确“两个确立”是历史和现实的必然选择。从中华民族历史文化传统、无产阶级政党的组织原则、世界社会主义运动和我们党的历史经验、新时代伟大斗争的成就和前景来看,习近平同志党中央的核心、全党的核心地位的确立,是历史和现实的必然选择。从习近平个人具有的深厚的马克思主义理论修养、党的十八大以来取得的历史性成就、习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想回答的时代课题及其本身具有的世界意义等方面来看,习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指导地位的确立,无疑也是历史和现实的必然选择。The 6th Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China passed the third historical resolution in the history of the Party.It emphasized the decisive significance of establishing Comrade Xi Jinping as the core of the CPC Central Committee and the core of the whole party,and has established the guiding position of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.The key to correctly understanding the far-reaching significance of the“two establishments”is to make it clear that they are inevitable choices of history and reality.The historical inevitability of the establishment of Comrade Xi Jinping as the core of the Party Central Committee and the entire Party is predicated upon the historical and cultural traditions of the Chinese nation,the organizational principles of proletarian political parties,the historical experience of the world socialist movement and of the CPC,and the achievements and prospects of the great struggle in the new era.In the meantime,that of the establishment of the guiding position of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is predicated upon Xi Jinping’s profound theoretical accomplishment in Marxism,the historic achievements since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and the questions of the times answered by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and its world significance.
