摘 要:目的了解江苏省2018-2020年健康人群A群和C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Neisseria meningitidis,Nm)抗体水平。方法采用分层随机抽样方法在江苏省6个设区市抽取健康人群开展调查和采集血清标本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清A群和C群Nm抗体,分析抗体阳性率和几何平均浓度(Geometric mean concentration,GMC)。结果调查对象A群、C群Nm抗体总阳性率分别为72.13%(1667/2311)、54.69%(1264/2311),GMC分别为7.13μg/mL、4.80μg/mL。0岁、1-2岁、3-5岁、6-9岁、10-14岁、15-19岁、≥20岁年龄组A群Nm抗体阳性率分别为45.09%、64.13%、74.69%、81.29%、82.35%、80.06%、75.49%,C群Nm抗体阳性率分别为41.82%、48.69%、66.98%、69.63%、61.30%、50.30%、43.46%。结论2018-2020年江苏省健康人群A群和C群Nm抗体处于低水平;需加强流行性脑脊髓膜炎监测,优化儿童脑膜炎球菌疫苗免疫程序,探讨重点成人免疫策略。Objective To explore antibody levels against group A and C Neisseria meningitidis(Nm)among a healthy population in Jiangsu province during 2018-2020.Methods We used a stratified random sampling method to enroll healthy individuals from 6 prefectures of Jiangsu for survey and serum sample collection.We tested sera for antibodies against group A and C Nm using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and determined sero-positivity rates and geometric mean concentrations(GMCs).Results Overall sero-positivity rates of group A and C Nm antibodies were 72.13%(1667/2311)and 54.69%(1264/2311),respectively,with GMCs being 7.13μg/mL and 4.80μg/mL.Positivity rates of group A Nm antibody for 0-,1-2-,3-5-,6-9-,10-14-,15-19-,and≥20-year-olds were 45.09%,64.13%,74.69%,81.29%,82.35%,80.06%,and 75.49%.Positivity rates of group C Nm antibody for the same age groups were 41.82%,48.69%,66.98%,69.63%,61.30%,50.30%,and 43.46%.Conclusions Antibody levels against group A and C Nm were low among healthy people of Jiangsu during 2018-2020.We need to strengthen meningococcal meningitis surveillance,optimize the meningococcal vaccine immunization schedule for children,and explore immunization strategies for adults at high-risk of infection.
