摘　　要：目的了解2020年河南省健康人群白喉抗体水平。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法在河南省18个省辖市选取0-79岁健康人群,采集血清标本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测白喉IgG抗体,分析抗体阳性率和几何平均浓度(Geometric mean concentration,GMC)。结果调查对象白喉IgG抗体总阳性率、GMC分别为71.10%(3754/5280)、0.062IU/mL。0、1-2、3-4、5-6、7-14、15-19、20-39、40-59、60-79岁人群阳性率分别为96.33%、91.79%、86.08%、82.96%、85.18%、66.07%、60.00%、38.24%、59.10%,GMC分别为0.107、0.101、0.075、0.068、0.066、0.048、0.038、0.028、0.036IU/mL。结论河南省0-14岁儿童白喉抗体水平较高而≥15岁青少年和成人相对较低。需进一步加强儿童含白喉成分疫苗常规免疫,探索青少年和成人免疫策略。Objective To explore diphtheria antibody levels among a healthy people in Henan province in 2020.Methods We used a multi-stage stratified sampling method to enroll healthy 0-79-year-olds in 18 prefectures of Henan and obtain serum samples.We tested sera for IgG antibody against diphtheria using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and determined positivity rates and geometric mean concentrations(GMCs).Results The overall positivity rate of diphtheria IgG antibody was 71.10%(3754/5280)with the GMC being 0.062 IU/mL.Positivity rates for 0-,1-2-,3-4-,5-6-,7-14-,15-19-,20-39-,40-59-,and 60-79-year-olds were 96.33%,91.79%,86.08%,82.96%,85.18%,66.07%,60.00%,38.24%,and 59.10%,respectively,with GMCs being 0.107,0.101,0.075,0.068,0.066,0.048,0.038,0.028,and 0.036 IU/mL.Conclusions Diphtheria antibody levels were high among children 0-14 years of age,but low among adolescents and adults≥15 years in Henan.We should strengthen routine diphtheria immunization of children and explore immunization strategies for adolescents and adults.
