摘　　要：目的分析中国2020-2021年适龄儿童国家免疫规划(National Immunization Program,NIP)疫苗常规免疫报告接种率。方法通过中国免疫规划信息管理系统收集适龄儿童22剂NIP疫苗接种报告数据,描述性分析报告接种率。结果2020年、2021年中国适龄儿童NIP疫苗总报告接种率分别为99.20%、99.27%,各NIP疫苗剂次接种率分别在98.59%-99.84%、98.71%-99.84%之间。2020年东部、中部、西部地区NIP疫苗总报告接种率分别为99.57%、98.76%、99.09%,所有NIP疫苗剂次接种率>90%的乡比例分别为92.46%、86.10%、85.86%;2021年东部、中部、西部地区NIP疫苗总报告接种率分别为99.55%、98.84%、99.29%,所有NIP疫苗剂次接种率>90%的乡比例分别为93.95%、87.74%、90.33%。结论中国2020-2021年NIP疫苗常规免疫报告接种率总体处于较高水平,需加强中西部地区以乡为单位NIP疫苗常规免疫工作。Objective To assess reported routine immunization coverage with National Immunization Program(NIP)vaccines from 2020 to 2021 in China.Methods We obtained vaccination data on 22 schedule doses of NIP vaccines in China that were reported to the National Immunization Program Information Management System and conducted a descriptive analysis of reported coverage.Results The overall reported coverage level of NIP vaccines among age-eligible children was 99.20% in 2020 and 99.27%in 2021,with coverage levels by schedule dose ranging 98.59% to 99.84% and 98.71% to 99.84%,respectively.Overall coverage levels in eastern,central,and western regions were 99.57%,98.76%,and 99.09% in 2020,with coverage for all NIP vaccines being>90% in 92.46%,86.10%,and 85.86% of townships,respectively.Overall coverage levels in the three regions were 99.55%,98.84%,and 99.29% in 2021,with coverage for all NIP vaccines being>90% in 93.95%,87.74%,and 90.33% of townships.Conclusions Coverage of routine immunization with NIP vaccines was high in 2020 and 2021 in China.We should enhance routine immunization at the township level in central and western regions.
