摘 要:底鼓是深部开采时巷道围岩失稳的主要形式之一,严重影响矿井的安全高效生产。以三水平下延-950 m水平回风大巷为研究对象,分析了围岩环境特征及底鼓变形特性,揭示了围岩岩性、地应力、底板支护、水理作用是影响巷道底鼓程度的主要因素。采用数值模拟对比研究了卧底、注浆、底板锚索+注浆3种方案的变形特征,阐明了底板锚索+注浆底板修复加固原理。提出了“注浆+高强预应力锚索全长锚注”的底鼓修复加固技术。现场试验表明:底板在300 d内最大位移量不超过75 mm,为解决深部高构造应力软岩巷道底鼓修复加固提供了借鉴。The floor heave is a main instability form in deep soft rock roadway affecting the safe and efficient production.Taking the-950 m return air roadway as the research object,the engineering geological conditions and deformation characteristics of roadway floor heave were analyzed.Further,the lithology of surrounding rock,ground stress,floor support and hydraulic effect are the main factors affecting roadway floor heave.Numerical analysis was conducted to evaluate three types of support patterns including undercover,grouting,and grouting cables with high pressure on deformation characteristic,and floor heave repair and reinforcement principle by grouting cables with high pressure was explained.The floor heave repair and reinforcement technology including"grouting and high strength full-length pre-stressed cable-grouting"was proposed for broken surrounding rock conditions.The monitoring data demonstrated that the maximum displacement of floor in 300 days was less than 75 mm.The proposed floor heave control technology provides a reference for floor heave in deep high tectonic stress soft rock roadway.
