摘  要:淮北临涣煤矿斜穿性大断层NDF_(153)对1067综采面回采存在严重影响,为了保障工作面快速过断层,采用多向聚能爆破技术预裂处理断层硬岩。在确定最短煤机截割轨迹基础上,采用剖面法设计炮孔布置参数,并基于Mises屈服准则模拟计算炮孔间距,选用含有4个聚能槽的多向聚能管,通过大孔径大装药量深孔聚能爆破,取得了60 m孔深孔壁围岩较好预裂效果,提高了工作面煤机截割速度。The large oblique fault NDF_(153) of Linhuan coal mine in Huaibei has a serious impact on the recovery of 1067 fully mechanized mining face.In order to ensure that the working face quickly crosses the fault,multi-directional energy-accumulating blasting technology is used to presplit the hard rock of the fault.On the basis of determining the shortest coal machine cutting trajectory,the blast hole layout parameters are designed by the section method,and the blast hole spacing is simulated and calculated based on the Mises yield criterion.A multi-directional energy-concentrating tube with 4 energy-concentrating troughs was selected,and the large-aperture and large-charge deep-hole energy-accumulating blasting was used to obtain a better presplitting effect for the surrounding rock of the hole wall at a depth of 60 meters,which improved the cutting speed of shearer at the working face.
