摘 要:针对低变质煤的自燃氧化特性,在分析低变质易自燃煤层工作面CO来源及分布运移规律的基础上,提出低变质易自燃煤层工作面CO治理技术思路,即从减少煤氧接触、减少煤分子上含氧官能团数量和控制煤体温度3个方面进行治理。根据治理思路,采用采空区冷氮降温惰化遗煤、架后喷洒CO复合抑制剂及全断面架后喷洒阻化剂措施来抑制采空区遗煤及架后区域破碎煤体产生CO。结果表明:工作面采取CO治理措施后,回风隅角、采空区及回风流CO浓度均有明显程度降低,回风隅角CO浓度由治理前平均42×10^(-6)降低至治理后的20×10^(-6),采空区CO浓度由68×10^(-6)降低至32×10^(-6)。Aiming at the spontaneous combustion and oxidation characteristics of low metamorphic coal,based on the analysis of the CO source and distribution and migration law of low metamorphic and spontaneously combustible coal seams,the technical ideas for CO treatment in low metamorphic and spontaneously combustible coal seams are proposed,which is to reduce coal oxygen contact and reduce.The number of oxygen-containing functional groups on the coal molecules and the control of the temperature of the coal body are governed by three aspects.According to the treatment concept,the use of cold nitrogen in the goaf to cool down the remaining coal,the spraying of CO compound inhibitors after the rack,and the spraying of inhibitors after the full-face rack are adopted to suppress the generation of CO from the remaining coal in the goaf and the broken coal in the area behind the rack.The results show that after CO control measures are taken at the working face,the CO concentration in the return air corner,goaf and return air flow are significantly reduced,and the CO concentration in the return air corner is reduced from an average of 42×10^(-6) before treatment to that after treatment 20×10^(-6),the CO of the goaf is reduced from 68×10^(-6) to 32×10^(-6).
