摘 要:我国作为世界上的煤炭开采和消耗大国,煤炭产业链是非常重要的经济组成部分,随着煤炭产业的自动化、机械化发展,煤矿机械设备的种类和数量与日俱增,在提高煤矿生产效率的同时,也带来了一些机械故障等不利因素。研究主要针对煤矿机械设备的运行安全性监测技术,通过分析各类煤矿机械设备,如通风机、压缩机、提升机的运行参数特性,结合LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术,开发了一种煤矿机械设备安全检测系统,具体分析了安全检测系统的组成、运行原理、LabVIEW应用程序,并进行了煤矿机械设备安全检测系统的仿真试验。As a large country of coal mining and consumption in the world,China′s coal industry chain is a very important economic component.With the development of automation and mechanization of the coal industry,the types and quantity of coal machinery and equipment are increasing day by day.While improving the production efficiency of coal mines,it also brings some adverse factors such as mechanical faults.Mainly focuses on the operation safety monitoring technology of coal mechanical equipment.By analyzing the operation parameter characteristics of various coal mechanical equipment such as ventilator,compressor and hoist,combined with LabVIEW virtual instrument technology,a coal mechanical equipment safety detection system is developed.The composition,operation principle and LabVIEW application program of the safety detection system are analyzed in detail.The simulation test of coal mechanical equipment safety detection system is carried out.
