摘 要:实验以煤矸石和滑石为主要原料,以理论配比进行配料设计计算,采用干压成型法在80 MPa的成型压力下将试样成型为Φ30 mm×30 mm的试样,干燥后将试样分别在1225、1250、1275、1300、1325、1350℃的温度下烧成,并保温3 h,测定烧成后试样的基本物理性能,并表征不同烧成温度下试样的物相组成。实验结果表明:在1350℃×3 h的烧成条件下,以煤矸石为主要原料,采用干压成型法制得的试样烧成收缩率为10.64%,显气孔率为72.24%,体积密度为0.78 g·cm^(-3),且XRD分析试样的物相组成为较为纯净的堇青石相。这说明以固体废弃物煤矸石为主要原料,可制得具有一定性能的堇青石多孔陶瓷,为进一步提高煤矸石的附加值奠定重要的理论基础。In the experiment,coal gangue and talc were used as the main raw materials,and the theoretical ratio was used to design and calculate the ingredients.The molding method was adopted to shape the samples intoΦ30 mm×30 mm samples under the molding pressure of 80 MPa,and the samples were respectively fired at 1225℃,1250℃,1275℃,1300℃,1325℃and 1350℃.The basic physical properties of the samples were measured and the phase composition of the samples prepared at different firing temperatures was characterized.The experimental results showed that under the sintering condition of 1350℃×3 h,the sample was prepared by molding with coal gangue as the main raw material,its shrinkage rate was 10.64%,its apparent porosity was 72.24%,the volume density of the sample was 0.78 g·cm^(-3),and the phase composition of XRD was pure cordierite phase.It shows that the porous cordierite ceramics with certain properties can be made from solid waste coal gangue as the main raw material,which lays an important theoretical foundation for further increasing the added value of coal gangue.
