摘  要:根据目前天然气管道检测方法存在定位不够精确和易受噪声干扰等问题,提出了一种将次声波和负压波结合的管道泄漏检测方法。该方法仅通过采集管道首站位置的次声波信号和压力信号即可进行泄漏定位,有效地解决了单一信号定位精度不高和容易产生误报警的缺点。采用互谱分析结合集合平均经验模态分解(EEMD)的信号去噪方法,首先将声波和负压波两种泄漏信号进行EEMD分解,获得一系列本征模态函数(IMF),然后利用互谱分析确定泄漏源信号的特征频带,在该频带范围内利用相关性分析划分出泄漏源信号的主导分量,将划分出的IMF分量进行重构,完成信号的去噪。通过与单一信号的管道泄漏检测方法进行对比,定位精度平均提高了1~3 m。The existing detection methods of natural gas pipelines were not accurate enough in positioning and vulnerable to noise interference,so a pipeline leakage detection method combining infrasound and negative pressure wave was proposed.This method can locate the leakage only by collecting the infrasound signal and pressure signal of the first station of the pipeline,which effectively solves the disadvantages of low positioning accuracy of a single signal and easy to produce false alarm.The signal denoising method of cross spectral analysis combined with Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition(EEMD)was adopted.First,acoustic and negative pressure wave leakage signals were decomposed by EEMD.A series of Intrinsic Mode functions(IMF)were obtained,and then the characteristic frequency band of the leakage source signal was determined by cross-spectral analysis.Within this frequency band,the dominant component of the leakage source signal was divided by correlation analysis,and the IMF component was reconstructed to complete the signal denoising.By comparing with the single signal pipeline leak detection method,the positioning accuracy was improved by 1~3 m on average.
