加氢裂化尾油加氢生产工业白油技术的开发

摘　　要：介绍了中国石化大连石油化工研究院开发的加氢裂化尾油高压加氢工艺生产工业白油技术。试验以加氢裂化尾油馏分为原料,在小型加氢反应装置采用加氢工艺生产安定性好、低芳烃的白油。试验结果表明,在操作压力15.0 MPa、氢油体积比800∶1、加氢异构反应温度基准+30℃和体积空速基准+0.2 h^(-1)、补充精制反应温度基准-40℃和体积空速基准-0.2 h^(-1)的条件下,160~190℃馏分芳烃质量分数为0.004%,190~220℃馏分芳烃质量分数为0.007%,220~250℃馏分芳烃质量分数为0.015%,250~280℃馏分芳烃质量分数为0.021%,均满足行业标准NB/SH/T 0913—2015轻质白油(Ⅱ)指标要求。>280℃馏分倾点-21℃,赛氏颜色+30,切割得到的10号和46号白油产品,满足行业标准NB/SH/T 0006—2017标准工业白油(Ⅱ)指标要求。The technology of producing industrial white oil by high-pressure hydrogenation process of hydrocracking tail oil developed by Sinopec Dalian Petrochemical Research Institute was introduced.In the experiment,the hydrocracking tail oil fraction was used as the raw material,and the hydrogenation process was used in a small hydrogenation reaction unit to produce white oil with good stability and low aromatics.The test results showed that under the reaction pressure of 15.0 MPa,hydrogen-oil volume ratio 800∶1,hydrotreating isomerization reaction temperature standard+30℃and liquid volume space velocity standard+0.2 h,isomerization reaction temperature standard+30℃and liquid volume space velocity standard+0.2 h,hydrofinishing temperature standard-40℃and liquid volume space velocity standard-0.2 h,the aromatics in the fraction of 160~190℃was 0.004%,the aromatics in the fraction of 190~220℃was 0.007%,the aromatics in the fraction of 220~250℃was 0.015%,the aromatics in the fraction of 250~280℃was 0.021%,the product met the standard requirements of NB/SH/T0913—2015 light white oil(Ⅱ)products.The pour point of fraction beyond 280℃was-21℃,colors of producing oil reached+30,obtained white oil products 10and 46could meet the standard requirements of NB/SH/T0006—2017 industrial white oil(Ⅱ)products.
