摘  要:随着炼油行业整体面临的竞争日益加剧,作为炼厂核心中枢的加氢裂化装置面临更大的技术挑战。选取某炼油化工企业中实际生产的真实加氢裂化装置为研究对象,该装置是典型的以化工产品为目标的加氢裂化装置,详细比较两个周期的主要产品性质与收率,根据该装置第一周期的标定结果进行分析,重石脑油与尾油产品收率之和达到42.7%(质量分数)以上,第二周期标定时重石脑油与尾油产品收率之和达到45%(质量分数),化工原料产品产量明显增加且产品质量优异,证明产化工原料加氢裂化技术具有优秀的经济价值,市场应用前景广泛。With the increasing competition in the oil refining industry as a whole,the hydrocracking unit,as the core hub of the refinery,is facing greater technical challenges.The real hydrocracking unit in an oil refining and chemical enterprise was selected as the research object.The unit is a typical hydrocracking unit aiming at chemical products.The main product properties and yields of the two cycles were compared in detail.According to the analysis of the calibration results of the first cycle of the device,the sum of the yields of heavy naphtha and tail oil products was more than 42.7%(mass fraction).During the second cycle calibration,the total yield of heavy naphtha and tail oil reached 45%(mass fraction).The output of chemical raw materials increased significantly and the product quality was excellent.It has proved that hydrocracking technology for producing chemical feedstock has excellent economic value and broad market application prospect.
