摘  要:本文以汽车内饰用改性聚丙烯材料为研究对象,基于正交实验,分析了材料组分对秸秆纤维/聚丙烯/滑石粉复合材料的力学性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,随着滑石粉的含量增多,复合材料的力学性能总体上得到提高;随着秸秆纤维的添加量增大,各项力学性能先提高后降低;随着发泡剂含量增加,复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度增加,但弯曲强度下降;秸秆纤维的耐温性较差,注塑温度较高时易发生焦化,导致力学性能下降。本文的研究结果,对开发低密度、环保、气味性好的汽车内饰新材料,具有较好的工业参考价值。In this paper,the modified polypropylene material for automotive interior trim was studied.Based on the orthogonal test,the influences of material components on the mechanical properties of straw fiber/polypropylene/Talc composite were analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of talc content,the mechanical properties of the composites were improved;with the increase of straw fiber content,the mechanical properties first increased and then decreased.With the increase of foaming agent content,the tensile strength and impact strength of the composite increased,but the bending strength decreased.The straw fiber had poor temperature resistance,and it was easy to coking when the injection temperature was high,resulting in the decline of mechanical properties.The research results had good industrial reference value for the development of new automotive interior materials with low density,environmental protection and good odor.
