摘 要:本文以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚氧化丙二醇(PPG 2000)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料,以三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、蓖麻油(C.O)、季戊四醇等为交联剂,制备了交联改性的水性聚氨酯,通过检测乳液粒径、黏度、稳定性、膜的力学拉伸及耐水性,分析探讨了不同的交联剂种类以及TMP和蓖麻油的用量对水性聚氨酯乳液的性能及膜性能的影响。实验结果表明,用TMP和蓖麻油制备的水性聚氨酯乳液的性能相对较好,TMP型水性聚氨酯的拉伸性能最优,蓖麻油型水性聚氨酯的耐水性能最好。随着TMP的用量增加,乳液的粒径逐渐增大而黏度减小,用量为3%时,胶膜的抗拉强度达到最大而后减小,用量为2%时,膜的吸水率最小而后增大。随着蓖麻油的用量增加,乳液的粒径和黏度均增大,用量为6%时,胶膜的抗拉强度达到最大而后减小,吸水率最小而后增大。The crosslinked modified waterborne polyurethane was prepared with isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polypropylene oxide(PPG 2000)and dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA)as main raw materials,trimethylolpropane(TMP),castor oil(C.O)and pentaerythritol as cross-linking agents.Through the test of particle size,viscosity and stability of its lotion,the film mechanical tensile and water resistance,the influence of different types of crosslinking agents and the amount of TMP and castor oil on the properties of waterborne polyurethane emulsion and film were discussed.The results showed that the properties of waterborne polyurethane emulsion prepared with TMP and castor oil were relatively good,the comprehensive mechanical tensile properties of TMP waterborne polyurethane was the best,and the water resistance of castor oil waterborne polyurethane was the best.With the increase of the TMP dosage,the particle size of the emulsion gradually increased and the viscosity decreased,the tensile strength of the film reached the maximum and then decreased when the dosage was 3%,and the water absorption of the film was the minimum and then increased when the dosage was 2%.With the increase of castor oil dosage,the particle size and viscosity of the emulsion increased,when the dosage was 6%,the tensile strength of the film reached the maximum and then decreased,and the water absorption was the minimum and then increased.
