用正交实验研究异丙草胺的中间体亚胺的合成工艺

摘　　要：对异丙草胺的合成工艺路线进行了研究,在异丙草胺的中间体亚胺的合成过程中,对2-甲基-6-乙基苯胺与多聚甲醛的脱水反应进行正交实验,确定了催化剂的种类、催化剂的用量、多聚甲醛的投加量、脱水温度、脱水时间等指标。单步反应可控制2-甲基-6-乙基苯胺的残余量≤2%,经后处理,中间体2-甲基-6-乙基-(羟甲基)苯胺的含量达98.5%以上,异丙草胺产品的质量和色泽在国内同行均处于领先水平。The synthesis process of propisochlor was studied.During the synthesis of imine,the intermediate of isopropylamine,the dehydration reaction of 2-methyl-6-ethylaniline with paraformaldehyde was conducted by orthogonal experiment.The factors such as catalyst type,catalyst amount,paraformaldehyde amount,dehydration temperature and dehydration time,were obtained.Residue of 2-methyl-6-ethylaniline could be controlled less than 2%after reaction.The content of 2-methyl-6-ethylazomethine was above 98.5%.The quality and color of metolachlor products were at the leading level in domestic counterparts.
