摘 要:本文系统介绍了固相法的制备参数对LiFePO_(4)正极材料的电化学性能的影响,阐明了碳源含量、锂铁磷元素配比、合成温度、前驱体这4个工艺参数均会影响LiFePO_(4)材料的性能。较佳的工艺参数为:碳源用量3%~10%,锂铁配比1.0~1.04,铁磷配比0.94~1.00,合成温度500~800℃,以无水FePO_(4)作为前驱体。理论研究与工艺参数调整相结合,仍是未来提升LiFePO_(4)材料结构性能的研究重点。The research progress of four preparation parameters of solid phase method on electrochemical performance of lithium iron phosphate were systematically summarized,included carbon addition,Li/Fe/P molar ratio,calcination temperature and precursor.The optimum process parameters were:carbon dosage was 3%~10%,lithium iron molar ratio was 1.0~1.04,iron phosphate molar ratio was 0.94~1.00,calcination temperature was 500~800℃,and applied anhydrous iron phosphate as precursor.The combination of theoretical research and process parameter adjustment was still the focus of research on improving the structural properties of LiFePO_(4) materials in the future.
