摘  要:为了解粗糠树(Ehretia macrophylla)根段扦插繁殖方式的最适生根粉处理条件和种子繁殖的最适苗床基质、最适移栽时间。根段扦插育苗试验用ABT6号、GGR-6、吲哚丁酸以正交试验L9(34)的方式分别处理根段,观察记录根蘖苗成活率;种子繁殖采用相互对照的方式,比较了三种苗床基质处理下出苗率和容器种子育苗不同移栽时间处理下的成活率和增长量。结果表明:根段扦插繁殖试验中,ABT6号,浓度50 mg/L,浸泡2 h,成活率最高,生根粉种类和浓度对成活率影响显著,浸泡时间对成活率影响不显著;苗床基质试验中,以黄心土+河沙=1∶1作为基质,种子出苗率最高;容器种子育苗移栽试验中,移栽时间对成活率影响不显著,对平均地径影响显著,直播的苗高显著高于其他两个处理的,直播的生长量最高。为此,提出:根段采用50 mg/L的ABT6号进行处理,以有效提高成活率,而种子容器育苗中,用黄心土+河沙=1∶1作为基质,最为简便高效。The aim of this study was to understand the optimal conditions of root powder treatment,seedbed substrate and transplanting time for root cuttings propagation of Ehretia macrophylla.ABT6,GGR-6 and indobutyric acid were used to treat root segments by orthogonal experiment L9(34),and the survival rate of root tillers was observed and recorded.Seed propagation was carried out by comparing the emergence rate of three kinds of seedbed substrates and the survival rate and growth rate of container seed rearing under different transplanting time treatments.In the root cutting propagation test,ABT6,the concentration of 50 mg/L,soaked for 2 h,the survival rate was the highest.The type and concentration of root powder had significant effects on the survival rate,while the soaking time had no significant effect on the survival rate.In the seedbed substrate test,yellow core soil+river sand=1∶1 as the substrate,the seed emergence rate was the highest;In the experiment of container seed seedling transplanting,transplanting time had no significant effect on the survival rate,but had significant effect on the average ground diameter.The seedling height of the direct seeding was significantly higher than that of the other two treatments,and the growth of the direct seeding was the highest.The treatment of root segments with ABT6(50 mg/L)can effectively improve the survival rate,and yellow heart soil+river sand=1∶1 as the substrate in seed container seedling is the most convenient and efficient.
