摘 要:为探讨不同种类砧木和嫁接方法对飞寒樱嫁接效果的影响,采用方差分析、多重比较对比分析了不同砧木、不同嫁接方法嫁接苗生长情况。结果表明:砧木种类和嫁接方法对飞寒樱嫁接苗生长的影响均达到显著或极显著水平。参试砧木中以福建山樱花砧木和飞寒樱砧木表现较好,这两种砧木嫁接苗的嫁接成活率、抽梢率、新梢长度和新梢基径均显著大于樱桃作为砧木的嫁接苗,分别比樱桃砧木嫁接苗高13.12%~15.50%、34.41%~37.13%、47.50%~59.18%和56.77%~68.06%。参试嫁接方法中枝切接方法表现最优,其嫁接苗的嫁接成活率、抽梢率显著大于芽贴接嫁接苗木,比芽贴接嫁接苗高12.06%和18.93%;其新梢长度和新梢基径均显著大于其他方法,比其他方法嫁接苗木高33.33%~77.89%和16.67%~70.78%,结合成本及效益方面考虑,推荐使用福建山樱花作为飞寒樱嫁接砧木,应用枝切接方法,以取得更好的嫁接效果。In order to study the effect of different rootstocks and grafting methods on the grafting effect of Cerasus campanulata‘Feihan’,the growth of grafted seedlings with different rootstocks and grafting methods was analyzed by variance analysis and multiple comparison.The results showed that the rootstock types and grafting methods had significant or extremely significant effects on the growth of the grafted seedlings.Among the tested rootstocks,the rootstock of Cerasus campanulata(Maxim.)Yu et.Liand rootstock of Cerasus campanulata‘Feihan’performed better.The grafting survival rate,shoot extraction rate,shoot length and shoot base diameter of the two rootstocks were significantly higher than those of cherry rootstocks,and increased 13.12%~15.50%,34.41%~37.13%,47.50%~59.18%and 56.77%~68.06%respectively.Among the grafting methods,the branch cutting method was the best.The survival rate and shoot extraction rate of grafted seedlings of branch cutting method were significantly higher than those of bud grafting seedlings,and increased 12.06%and 18.93%respectively.The length and basal diameter of grafted seedlings of branch cutting method were significantly higher than those of other methods,and increased 33.33%~77.89%and 16.67%~70.78%.Considering the cost and benefit,it is recommended to use Cerasus campanulata(Maxim.)Yu et.Li as the grafting rootstock,and use the branch cutting method to graft flying cold cherry to obtain better grafting effect.
