摘　　要：宋代民众通过向监司乞留、诣阙乞留、遮道乞留等方式,表达其希望有政绩的地方官员再任的愿望。此种乞留地方官员的现象与地方治理密切相关,宋廷对乞留的态度不断变化,从宋初的规范到北宋中叶以降的宽松管理,再到南宋的趋于严厉,不仅反映宋廷对地方控制及监察力度的强弱变化,也反映了地方治理由政清人和到吏治腐败的变化轨迹。朝廷通过乞留了解民情民声以考察和选拔官员,促进地方的治理和发展;并通过允许官员留任来表现其重视民众舆论,达到安抚民心、维护地方稳定的效果。百姓通过乞留则可以表达对官员的感恩和爱戴以及对于为民谋福祉的清官良吏之诉求。The people of the Song Dynasty expressed their desire for the reappointment of local officials with political achievements by begging to the superintendents, begging to stay, and blocking the way to beg to stay. The Chesapeake bay leave phenomenon is closely related to the local governance, local officials Song Ting attitude to Chesapeake bay to keep changing, from a period of specification to the middle of northern song dynasty in loose management, to the southern song dynasty tend to be more severe, not only reflect Song Ting on local control and inspections by the strong weak, also reflects the local governance by zheng qing and that the change of the corruption of bureaucracy to track. The imperial court understood the sentiments and voices of the people through begging to investigate and select officials to promote local governance and development;And by allowing officials to stay in office to show that they pay attention to public opinion, they can achieve the effect of reassuring people and maintaining local stability. Through begging, the people can express their gratitude and love for the officials and appeal to the honest and good officials for the welfare of the people.
