摘　　要：埃米尔·菲舍尔中文名为斐士,是20世纪初奥地利来华学者和商人,他用英文写就《京师地志指南》,于1909年由天津印字馆出版发行。此书的话语过程具有多重叙事风格,为清末外国人了解北京等地的行、游、购、娱等日常生活提供了大量实用知识,比较真实地向西方传播了京津冀方土知识,体现出积极正.面的中国形象。该书对研究京津冀地方史、日常生活史具有重要参考价值。Emil Fischer, in Chinese named Fei-shi, was an Austrian scholar and businessman working in China in the early 20th century. He wrote the Guide To Peking And Its Environs in English and was published by the Tientsin Press Limited in 1909. The discourse process of this book has multiple narrative styles, which provides a lot of practical knowledge for foreigners to understand the daily life of travel, tour, shopping and entertainment in Beijing in the late Qing Dynasty, and truly spreads the local knowledge of Beijing Tianjin and Hebei to the West, reflecting a positive image of China. The book has an important reference value for study on local history and daily life history in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
