摘 要:目的:探讨大学生手机成瘾在自尊与抑郁之间的内在作用机制,为维护大学生身心健康提供理论依据。方法:选取上海520名大学生,利用自尊量表、大学生手机成瘾量表、流调用抑郁自评量表进行问卷调查。利用Bootstrap检验手机成瘾在自尊与抑郁之间的中介作用。结果:不同性别和生源地大学生自尊、手机成瘾和抑郁得分差异均无统计学差异(P>0.05);相关分析结果表明,自尊与抑郁之间存在显著负相关(r=-0.277,P<0.01),与手机成瘾之间存在显著负相关(r=-0.315,P<0.01),抑郁与手机成瘾之间存在显著正相关(r=0.321,P<0.01);手机成瘾在自尊与抑郁之间起部分中介作用,中介效应量为30%。结论:手机成瘾在自尊和抑郁之间起中介作用。通过提升大学生自尊水平和做好大学生手机成瘾的预防工作,有助于降低大学生抑郁的风险。Objective:To explore the internal mechanism of mobile phone addiction between self-esteem and depression in college students,so as to provide a theoretical basis for maintaining college students’physical and mental health.Methods:Using the method of random cluster sampling,520 college students in Shanghai were selected to perform the group test by using self-esteem scale,college students’mobile phone addiction scale,and self-rating depression scale.Bootstrap was used to test the mediating effect of mobile phone addiction on self-esteem and depression.Results:There were no significant differences in self-esteem,mobile phone addiction,and depression scores among college students of different gender and origin(P>0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a significantly negative correlation between self-esteem and depression(r=-0.277,P<0.01),a significantly negative correlation between self-esteem and mobile phone addiction(r=-0.315,P<0.01),and a significantly positive correlation between depression and mobile phone addiction(r=0.321,P<0.01).Mobile phone addiction partly mediated the relationship between self-esteem and depression,accounting for 30% of the total effect.Conclusion:Mobile phone addiction plays a mediating role between self-esteem and depression.It is helpful to reduce the risk of depression in college students by improving their self-esteem and preventing mobile phone addiction.
