摘　　要：对抑菌文化纸的抑菌工艺进行研究,通过表面施胶添加一种含有天然抑菌成分的多元抑菌剂,赋予纸张抑菌功能。重点考察了纸张的抑菌率和抑菌长效性、温度对抑菌剂的影响以及抑菌剂对六磺酸增白剂和纸张其他物理性能的影响。结果表明:当多元抑菌剂用量为1 kg·t纸时,文化纸抑菌率可达到99.9%;多元抑菌剂和纸张现有体系有极好的配伍性,不会影响纸张的各项质量指标及印刷性能。目前,抑菌文化纸已成功用于印制首批具有抑菌功能的“十四五”国家规划教材。The bacteriostatic technology of bacteriostatic culture paper was studied. The bacteriostatic function of paper was endowed by adding a kind of compound bacteriostatic agent containing natural bacteriostatic components by surface sizing. The bacteriostatic rate and long-term bacteriostatic property of paper, the effect of temperature on bacteriostatic agent, and the effects of bacteriostatic agent on hexasulfonic acid whitening agent and other physical properties of paper were studied. The results showed that when the dosage of compound bacteriostatic agent was 1 kg·tpaper, the bacteriostatic rate of cultural paper could reach 99.9%. The composite bacteriostatic agent and the existing system of paper have excellent compatibility and will not affect the quality indicators and printing performance of paper. At present, bacteriostatic cultural paper had been successfully used to print the first batch of the "14Five-Year" national planning textbooks with bacteriostatic functions.
