摘  要:乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠(EDDHA-Na)无磷环保,在碱性条件下对重金属离子螯合作用强,具有优异的分散性能,既能有效地抑制漂白液中的Mn、Cu、Fe对过氧化氢的过度激活,也能分散悬浮水玻璃(NaSiO)在碱性溶液中形成的胶体,防止水玻璃胶体发生团聚,增加水玻璃与过氧化氢的接触面积。以乙二胺、氯乙酸、癸酰氯为原料,合成EDDHA-Na,测试了产物的各种螯合性能与分散性能,并与水玻璃共同应用于麦草浆的漂白,实验结果表明EDDHA-Na的漂白效果优于乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)和二乙烯三胺五乙酸(DTPA)。EDDHA-Na has a strong chelating ability on heavy metal ions under alkaline conditions and the excellent dispersion properties, which is environmentally friendly. It can not only effectively inhibit the Mn, Cu, Feactivating hydrogen peroxide in the bleaching solution, It can also disperse the silicate colloid in alkaline solution, and can prevent silicate glass colloid from congregating and increase the contact area between silicate glass and hydrogen peroxide. EDDHA-Na was synthesized from ethylenediamine, chloroacetic acid and decyl chloride, and the chelating and dispersing properties were tested, the results showed that the best bleaching effect could be obtained by adding EDDHA-Na and silicate glass in the bleaching process of wheat straw pulp, the bleaching effect of EDDHA-Na was better than the EDTA and DTPA.
