摘  要:数字化是新一轮科技革命的核心,在对经济形态、经济活动、社会生活进行全方位改造的同时也对收入分配关系产生了较大的影响。从近年来亚太地区国家数字化步伐加快与收入不平等加剧这一关联特征出发,刻画数字化发展进程对收入不平等的影响路径及人力资本提升在这一过程中的机制作用,并基于亚太地区10国跨国面板数据,测算亚太地区10国的数字化发展水平指数,就数字化发展对收入不平等程度的影响进行实证研究。结果表明:亚太地区国家的数字化发展进程对其收入不平等程度有显著的改善作用,在高收入国家、中等收入国家中均较为显著;数字化发展显著提升一国人力资本质量和人力资本数量,进一步窄化收入差距,提升社会公平,其中主要通过人力资本质量改进来强化其收入不平等改善效应。As the core force of the new round of scientific and technological revolution, the digitalization has not only transformed the economic form, economic activities and social life in an all-round way, but also had a great impact on the income distribution relationship. Under the background of the rapid pace of digitization alongside the aggravation of income inequality in the Asia Pacific region, this paper describes the impact path of digital development process on income inequality and the mechanism role of human capital improvement in this process. Based on the cross-border panel data, it calculates the digital development level index of 10 countries in the Asia Pacific region, and finds that the digital development process of Asia Pacific countries has significantly lowered their income inequality.Digital development has significantly improved the quality and quantity of human capital in a country, further narrowed the income gap, and improved social equity. Among them, the improvement of human capital quality is the main path in strengthening the improvement effect of income inequality.
