摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,越来越多前沿科技突破和基础理论创新产生于学科交叉领域,探清并加强学科交叉源动力的重要性和紧迫性日益凸显。本文突破已有内外动力说和主客观条件论的学科交叉动力根源分析,通过历史回溯、概念辨析,认为学科交叉是一种以共同的研究问题为出发点,通过移植、融通两门及以上学科相关概念、方法、理论等的科学研究活动。发生学原理为学科交叉的源动力探析提供方法论支持:科学问题是学科交叉的逻辑起点,学科交叉的动力源于复杂现象世界的问题及问题解决。解决满足人类物质需要的生活问题提供知识应用空间,人类社会发展的复杂场域产生广泛的关联性问题及知识创造土壤,学科知识生产模式转型提供内生动力等是其具体表现。为推动学科交叉源动力的实践转化,助力高校内涵式发展,可以通过构建立体式交流平台、组建多维式科研团队、创建开放式管理制度来实现。Since the 21 st century, more and more scientific and technological breakthroughs and theoretical innovations have been found in the interdisciplinary field, hence, exploring the source power of it have become prominent. This paper breaks through the existing literature which adheres to the theory of internal and external dynamics and the theory of subjective and objective conditions on the source power of interdisciplinary. By looking back the history of it and analyzing its relevant concepts, the essence of it is achieved: interdisciplinary is scientific research by transplanting and integrating related concepts, methods and theories of two or more disciplines in order to solve the common scientific problem. Meanwhile, genetics provides methodological support: scientific problem is the logical starting point and its source power originates from the problem and problem solving. Specifically, life problem solving creates knowledge application space, the complex society creates relevant problems and knowledge development space, and the transform of knowledge production mode provides inherent power. Finally, for helping the connotative development of universities, it can be achieved by building a three-dimensional communication platform, forming a multi-dimensional scientific research team, and creating an open management system.
