摘　　要：6月28日,中国国家主席习近平在北京同俄罗斯总统普京举行视频会唔。两国元首发表联合声明,共同宣布签署20周年的《中俄睦邻友好合作条约》(以下简称《条约》)延期。在世界进入动荡变革期、人类发展遭遇多重危机的背景下,中俄进一步密切合作,不仅为双边关系的稳定健康发展注入新内涵,还为世界带来更多正能量。On June 28,Chinese President Xi Jinping held a video conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin.The two heads of state issued a joint statement,announcing the extension of China-Russia Treaty of Good-Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation on the 20th anniversary of its signing.With the world entering a period of turbulence and development facing multiple crises,closer relations between China and Russia will not only inject new meaning into the stable and sound development of bilateral relations,but bring more positive energy to the world.
