摘　　要：风险投资是高新技术产业进行技术创新的重要驱动因素,产业集聚作为产业结构特征会影响风险投资对高新技术产业创新的作用。本文基于2011-2019年全国15个省市高新技术产业的面板数据进行研究,对风险投资、产业集聚和技术创新绩效的关系进行探索。研究发现,风险投资对高新技术产业技术创新绩效有显著促进作用,而产业集聚能够正向调节这种促进作用。Venture capital is an important driving factor for technological innovation in high-tech industries.As industrial agglomeration is a characteristic of industrial structure,it will affect the role of venture investment on high-tech industrial innovation.This paper is based on the panel data of high-tech industries in 15 provinces and cities in 2011-2019,and explores the relationship between venture investment,industrial agglomeration and technological innovation performance.The research found that venture capital has a significant role in promoting the technology innovation performance of high-tech industries,and industrial agglomeration can positively regulate this promotion effect.
