摘  要:为进一步提高生物油的品质,探究盐酸预处理及Mo改性HZSM-5催化剂对热解产物生物油组分分布的影响规律,以玉米秸秆为原料,采用等体积浸渍法制备Mo/HZSM-5催化剂,并用XRD、SEM、FTIR对催化剂进行表征分析,利用Py-GC/MS装置对热解生物油的组分进行分析。结果表明:酸洗和酸浸渍能有效减少生物油中酸类和酮类化合物的含量,生物油中糠醛的相对含量从3.21%分别提高到5.24%和4.46%,并促进生成了新物质D-阿洛糖相对含量分别为3.42%和3.33%。HZSM-5和Mo/HZSM-5的催化作用能显著降低生物油中乙酸的含量,与原生物油相比分别减少8.34%和7.34%,同时提高了糠醛和D-阿洛糖的相对含量。另外,在Mo/HZSM-5作用下产生新物质环己烷相对含量分别为1.14%、1.25%、1.35%,使苯、甲苯和二甲苯(BTX)的相对含量进一步提高。酸浸渍和Mo/HZSM-5的共同作用显著降低了生物油中醛类、酮类和酸类等含氧化合物含量,使芳烃类化合的相对含量达到最大值,有效改善了生物油的品质,为玉米秸秆的高质化利用提供了理论基础。In order to further improve the quality of bio-oil and explore the influence of hydrochloric acid pretreatment and Mo modification of HZSM-5 catalyst on the distribution of bio-oil components in pyrolysis products,the Mo/HZSM-5 catalyst was prepared by constant volume impregnation method using corn stalk as raw material,and the catalyst was characterized and analyzed with XRD,SEM and FTIR.The components of pyrolysis bio-oil were analyzed with PY-GC/MS device.The results showed that the acid pickling and acid dipping could effectively reduce the contents of acids and ketones in bio-oil,and the relative contents of furfural in bio-oil increased from 3.21%to 5.24%and 4.46%,respectively.They contributed to the production of D-alosaccharide and the relative contents were 3.42%and 3.33%,respectively.The catalytic effects of HZSM-5 and Mo/HZSM-5 significantly reduced the acetic acid content in bio-oil by 8.34%and 7.34%,respectively,and increased the relative contents of furfural and Dalosaccharide.In addition,the relative contents of cyclohexane produced by Mo/HZSM-5 were 1.14%,1.25%and 1.35%,respectively,which further increased the relative contents of benzene,toluene and xylene(BTX).The combined effect of acid impregnation and Mo/HZSM-5 significantly reduced the contents of aldehydes,ketones,acids and other oxygen-containing compounds in bio-oil,and maximized the relative contents of aromatic hydrocarbons,which effectively improved the quality of bio-oil,and provided a theoretical basis for the efficient utilization of corn stalk.
